Asylum Seeker Resource Centre

Acting without fear or favour, the ASRC uses its independent voice to champion the rights of refugees and mobilise a community of compassion to create lasting policy and social change. It is Australia’s largest human rights organisation, standing for an inclusive, compassionate, and just Australia, ASRC supports people seeking asylum and refugees.

The ASRC's vision is that people seeking asylum can live safely, sustainably, independently, and equally. The ASRC’s programs support and empower more than 7,000 people each year to maximise their own physical, mental, and social well-being.

In addition to providing support with the basics like food, housing, healthcare, education and pathways to employment, the ASRC partners with people seeking asylum to build their capacity to become powerful advocates for themselves.

Join the movement for compassion, justice, and hope – help create a more welcoming Australia for refugees.
